I just read your testimonial section on your website and would like to add one of my own. This bouquet goes out to John Cranley. Since 2002 I have been doing research on purchasing vacant land that would fit mine and my family\\\'s needs. I am what you would describe as \\\"not an impulse\\\" buyer. I was speaking with a friend who recommended John to me and I contacted him immediately in June of 2008. He asked me what I needed and did a thorough analysis of my needs, then he started to search for me. He lives in the Porters Lake area himself so was comfortable with the locations, in the area, that I had shown a preference to.

June 2008 was the summer of the horrific fire in the area that was threathening many of the homes, I was watching the news updates on the television when my phone rang...it was John, calling me from his home. He was excited for me because he found 4 listings that he felt I would be interested in, and NO they were not in the affected area. He emailed me their details, while we spoke on the phone...I could not believe he absolutely went above and beyond like that to help me. Of course I bought one of the four he had me review, and he guided me through all the steps, from making the offer, to instructing me on making phone calls to the municipality to ensure I could do exactly what I needed with the property before closing. If it weren\\\'t for his advice I would have very much felt like a fish out of water and in way over my head.
