Profit Sharing:
At First Impressions Real Estate Inc. we believe in providing incentive to our REALTORS® and helping them reach their full career potential. Profit sharing is an additional "bonus" to our agents as a reward for their hard work throughout the year. It is based on commissions earned throughout the year by all of our agents not just commissions earned by agents you have recruited yourself, as is the case with some of our competitors. All of our agents benefit from the work of the entire office.

Team approach:
Although the agents at First Impressions Real Estate are independent contractors the profit sharing plan means that they have an interest in seeing one another do well. This results in faster sales, happier clients and happier agents. Our clients benefit because they know they have a team of agents working to sell their property.

Frequent Advertising:
When you join First Impressions Real Estate Inc. you benefit from our regular advertising campaigns. From print, to media to mail outs, we conduct regular promotions so that our agent's can spend their advertising budgets promoting their listings rather than themselves.

Comprehensive Administrative Services:
We offer full time, comprehensive administrative services and provide our agents with professionally appointed office facilities including their own desks and telephones, in addition to access to computers, reception and closing rooms. Our agents also benefit from in house photocopying privileges.

Several Tiers of Services to offer clients:
At First Impressions we offer our sellers several tiers of services to choose from. This permits us to provide the level of assistance that the client desires and provides a mechanism for our agents to obtain listings on properties that might otherwise be offered for sale by owner. From our bronze level of service, in which the owner needs very little assistance, to our Platinum level of service for those clients who need us to be more actively involved in the marketing and promotion of their property, including those client who must sell quickly. This top level of service allows the agent to pull out all the stops, including professional staging of the home and results in a full commission rate to them with services that assist them to exceed their client's expectations.

Staging of Homes:
We offer our clients the services of Accredited Staging Professionals through First Impressions Staging Service when they list their homes with us.  This service is paid for by the Brokerage at no cost to our REALTORS®.  We believe that you only get one chance to make a good First Impression and we help our clients do just that resulting in faster sales, higher selling prices and happier clients.

Training and education:
The concept of a "team" approach to real estate doesn't end with our listings. At First Impressions Real Estate we believe in providing ongoing support to our agents through our training programs and continuing education. Real Estate is a career and our agents are trained to be professionals in all respects.

Throughout the year we will host several educational and career building sessions for our agents during which we will provide the advice of experts in marketing, legal training and career organization. We also provide an ongoing mentor program particularly for agents new to the real estate business and we have at our disposal, the expertise of lawyers, mortgage brokers and insurance agents.
